Our weekly class schedule is designed to help you start, stay or soar in discovering the M.A.P. (Motivation, Affirmation, and Practice) to guide you toward your mental, emotional and physical fitness goals. We teach mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation to help reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your whole sense of self and well-being.
